Adam currently serves as General Counsel for Bayshore Properties. Adam brings his extensive experience handling commercial real estate transactions to Bayshore in their ownership, operation and management of multi-family apartment buildings. He handles numerous legal matters for Bayshore, including their sales, purchases and financing matters.Adam’s experience includes representing clients in all aspects of their estate planning, including formulating and implementing strategies to transfer their wealth, protect assets and minimize potential estate taxes. He has prepared estate and gift tax returns, and also represented clients in estate and trust administration.Finally, Adam has handled numerous corporate matters including representing clients selling and buying businesses and organizing entities.
